We had Egg Bacon sourdough and egg sausage roti wrap. Love the home made tomato “rellish” sauce. Staff is super friendly explaining the menu. Love the atmosphere, lots sitting for a great breakfast.

Really cool eatary inside the city. Although you can sit inside, I sat outside, with Flinders street next to me. It is cozy, and though cars come by, it's one way, it is not uncomfortable or disturbing at all. Sam is the owner and I had one of the best breakfasts here with a large Cuppacino. Sam recommends Sam's Omellete - which I will give a go next time around, for sure.So I returned to come see what Sams' Omeltte is all about....well, if your are not very hungry or a big eater - I feel so sorry for you, because this dish is LOADED - bacon, mushroom, sausage, spinach on two toasted slices whole grain with a creamy texture. It is really very tastefull, delicious and alot!

Excellent service, friendly staff and amazing food & coffee! I highly recommend this place. They have a nice seating area as well. I had an iced cafe mocha and ham and cheese croissant.

served by some of the nicest staff ive ever come across in my 2 years in Melbourne. absolute gem of a place, big servings, fella gives you extra and talks to you as if your a family member (it was my first time eating there today). amazing flavours and interesting choices. i chose a large plate, massive portion of chosen protein (i had the fish-DELICIOUS and so healthy!!!!)help yourself to roasted veges/salad , etc. take what you need sorta vibe. i went in very hungry, left like i was gonna explode from fullness! i cannot recommend this Melbourne institution enough and it my absolute go to now! loyal customer for life! i am blown away by the kindness and instant welcome. real family run vibe, you can tell they are doing something right! protect this place at ALL costs! loved my experience there, no pretentiousness, just great food and people running the joint!

Brilliant coffee and fast, friendly service. I ordered my coffee and muffin and had it in my hands in less than 3 minutes! I can see why this cafe is popular.
